CRC/Transregio 227 - Ultrafast Spin Dynamics

The iRTG kick-off meeting for the 2^nd funding period took place on July 4^th and 5^th at the COCONAT Space (Bad Belzig). The goal of this meeting was to integrate new students into the iRTG and to say goodbye to our "older" students. We enjoyed two wonderful days in nature with talks, discussions, a team building event and a report about the work of our two PhD student representatives. In addition, two new PhD student representatives were elected and we warmly welcome Bruno Rosinus Serrano and Wolfgang Hoppe to the iRTG committee.

It should also be emphasized that 1/3 of our participants decided to travel completely climate neutral and to travel by bicycle. One group each from Halle and Berlin joined forces and went on a bike tour to Klein Glien, Bad Belzig on Sunday.
