The German Research Foundation (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft, DFG) decided last week to estalish 15 new Collaborative Researc Centers CRC (Sonderforschungsbereiche SFB). Among them, funding for the Collaborative Research Center / Transregio 227 is approved for an initial four-year period as of 1 January 2018, link to DFG press release.
